Accepted Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards:

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express (credit/debit cards and prepaid cards - via Paypal)
  • PayPal

To ensure safe and successful online payments, all your transactions need to be linked to a valid payment address. The billing address you provide when making a purchase must match the address associated with your credit or prepaid card (registered with the bank or card issuer). Providing accurate information will help verify your identity and minimize the risk of a transaction being declined or having problems.

At this time, the Buy Now Pay Later option is only available to customers in the United States. We're excited to announce that this convenient payment method will be coming soon for our European customers!

Please note: Affirm financing is subject to eligibility requirements and may not be available in all US states.  For details on lending partners, visit affirm.com/lenders. Californian residents: Affirm Loan Services, LLC provides or arranges loans under a California Finance Lenders Law license.

To complete an order at our online store, you will need to provide certain personal information necessary for order processing.

Required information is clearly marked. You may only enter this information once per order or store it in a password-protected user account. Creating a user account is optional, but will save you time on future purchases.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information at any time. You can also deactivate or delete user accounts through your account.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and only using it for lawful purposes, as specified in the Privacy Policy

Securing your personal information is our top priority. Therefore, we have taken the following measures to protect your data when you make purchases in our online store:

  • TLS Encryption: The ordering process is encrypted using advanced TLS technology to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing your personal data.
  • Handle data with care: When processing your data to fulfill orders (including customer service), we only share necessary information with authorized manufacturing and shipping companies in our corporation.
  • Privacy commitment: We are committed to protecting your personal data according to Privacy Policy.

We use PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. to securely process your PayPal payments. For more information on how PayPal protects your data, please refer to their privacy policy here (https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/privacy/privacyhub?locale.x=en).

Payments made through Stripe are securely processed by Stripe. You can find their privacy policy here (https://stripe.com/fr-us/privacy) for more information on data protection.

The legal bases for the processing of personal data as part of order processing are Art. 6(1) Sentences 1(b) and (f) GDPR. Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to store your order, address and payment data for a period of ten years.

b) During the ordering process, we perform several fraud checks when you pay via Stripe. This process involves using your IP address to determine your location and compare your data with previous transactions. In some cases, due to these security measures, you may not be able to complete your payment using your selected payment method. Our aim is to prevent third parties from abusing your payment method and protect you from invalid payments.

The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1) Section 1(f) GDPR.

Because this process involves automated decision-making, you have the right to dispute the decision to decline your payment method and request a reconsideration.

To exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 1.

Note: Your payment method may have been declined due to typographical errors. Please double check the information you entered during the ordering process to ensure it is correct.

c) During the ordering process we use Google Maps Autocomplete, a service of Google LLC (“Google”). This allows an address you start typing to be completed automatically, avoiding delivery errors. Google sometimes conducts a geolocalisation using your IP address and receives the information that you have retrieved the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data referred to in Section 2.1 is transmitted. This is regardless of whether you have a Google account and are logged in. Once you are logged in to your Google Account, the information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this assignment to occur, you must log out before entering your address. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses it (even in the case of users who are not logged in) for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-oriented design of its own website. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has subjected itself to the EU-US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework). You can object to Google creating such user profiles. For more information about the purpose and scope of data processing by Google and about protecting your privacy, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
