Order Change And Cancellation

You can change the order details (size, color, amount, ...) by accessing the Order tab in Your Account, scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the "Cancel Order" button. Then place another order according to your wishes.

Note that you can only change or cancel an order when the order is in the queue (up to 4 hours from when you place your order) or processing time (1-3 business days). Once the order has been delivered to the shipping company and shipped, you cannot change or cancel the order, and the "Cancel Order" button in Your Account is also no longer available. In this case, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible so we can process or return the order.

You can check your order status and Shipping status in the Orders tab of Your Account.

Additionally, buyers can reach out to vendors directly through messaging or reach out to Platsify for help in cancelling orders that have been in progress for more than 4 hours after the order confirmation. A fee of 15% of the order value will apply to the buyer in this scenario. This is because we have already shipped and packaged the buyer's order, preparing it for delivery. And the buyer will be charged this fee when canceling the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Platsify takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.
