When you would like to cancel your orders, please refer the following cases:

If the order is in preparation

Select the “Cancel Order” button within the status of the order you no longer wish to receive.

If the order is already on the way

When the package arrives at your home, ask the carrier to take it back. If you chose to pick up the package at a post office, do not go to pick up the package.

If you already received the order

You can request a return from the Order status in your Platsify's user account, you have to select the “Return Order” button. If you need it, you can consult the return policies to know the coverage times and the step-by-step instructions on how to return a product .

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund according to the Refund policy.

If you purchased from a store on Platsify without a Platsify's account

To cancel your order, you can register a new user account corresponding to your billing email. Your Order details will appear in your new acoount. 

If you do not want to register an account on Flatsify, you can contact to our customer service team via information in Contact Us or find the contact information in the email you received with the purchase confirmation.
