SHIPPING

How long does it take for the package to reach its destination?

It usually takes 1-3 business days to process the order.

The total Delivery time is about 2-8 working days, it depends on your shipping method you choose. It may change due to invalid address, customs clearance or other reasons.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we are currently only focusing on developing the US market, we do not provide shipping methods to countries and territories outside the US. For more detail, please visit  Shipping Policy Page

Why didn't I receive an email about my order being shipped?

There are a few reasons why you might not have received your shipping confirmation email:

  • Order Processing: Our order confirmation emails are typically sent within 24 hours after your order has shipped. If your order is still being processed, you won't receive the email yet. You can check the status of your order by visiting "My Orders" on your Platsify account.
  • Wrong Email: Double-check that you're logged in to the correct user account where you placed the order. Also, verify that the email address associated with your account is the one you expect to receive the notification on.
  • Spam Folder: Sometimes emails get filtered into your spam folder. Take a look there and mark any Platsify emails as "not spam" so you receive them in your inbox in the future.
  • Email Shielding: If your email provider has any settings that might be blocking emails from Platsify, you'll need to adjust those settings to allow them.
  • No Platsify Account: If you didn't create an account when you placed your order, the confirmation email will be sent to your billing email address.

The tracking service shows that my delivery has failed. What can I do?

Please contact your local post office or shipping company as soon as possible with your tracking number to check. If you still cannot find your package, please contact our customer support team via email [email protected]

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards:

How do I change or modify my billing address?

On our system, the billing address will be automatically generated as the shipping address, if you want to change it you can click edit at the checkout page (this will only be works upon first payment).If you have already paid, there is no need to change the billing address, as we will send the order to the shipping address you left on our website. Therefore, it doesn't matter if the billing address is different from the shipping address.

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order at Platsify by following these steps:

1. Visit our website and choose the available product from the listing.

2. Add the product to your cart and proceed checkout.

3. Provide your billing and shipping address.

4. Choose payment method.

5. Place your order and wait for confirmation email.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Normally, unpaid or undelivered orders can be canceled via "Orders" in Your Account.

But please note that once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed. Hope you can understand.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to create a customer account on the Platsify platform to place an order. However, owning a Platsify account will help you conveniently track order status and review order information.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link for your order.

You can also track your order by entering your order information on our Order Tracking page

How Can I Return a Product?

To return an order right on the Platsify platform, you need to register an account with the same email as the email you used to place the order.

Steps to send return request on Plastify:

  • Open the Your account (User profile) section on the top right corner of the homepage screen
  • Select the “Orders” on the task bar on the left, the screen will display the orders you have placed at Plastify
  • Select the Order you want to return and press Action "View", the screen will display detailed information about that order
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Return Product(s)" button
  • Then you choose the return reason and click "Submit return request"

To assist you quickly, please provide the following information when contacting:

  • Order information: To helps us verify your order.
  • Photo of the packaging label: Including the bill of lading code and recipient's name.

1. How to create an account?

To register an account on Platsify, please go to the Account Registration Page here and follow the instructions:

 

1. Enter name, email and password

2. Select "I am a customer" if you are a customer

3. Select "I am a vendor" if you want to sell on Platsify

4. Confirm your agreement with "I agree to terms & Policy"

5. Click the "Sign up" button

2. How to order product?

You can place an order at Platsify by following these steps:

1. Visit our website, sign up/sign in and choose the available product from the listing.

2. Add the product to your cart and proceed checkout.

3. Provide your billing and shipping address.

4. Choose payment method.

5. Place your order and wait for confirmation email.

3. How to change the size/color/options of order?

You can change the order details (size, color, amount, ...) by accessing the Order tab in Your Account, scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the "Cancel Order" button. Then place another order according to your wishes.

4. How to return an order?

Step 1: Raise a return request

To return an order right on the Plastify platform, you need to register an account with the same email as the email you used to place the order.

Steps to send return request on Plastify:

  • Open the Your account (User profile) section on the top right corner of the homepage screen

  • Select the “Orders” on the task bar on the left, the screen will display the orders you have placed at Plastify

  • Select the Order you want to return and press Action "View", the screen will display detailed information about that order

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Return Product(s)" button

  • Then you choose the return reason and click "Submit return request"

 

After receiving the "Return request", we will verify your return order request. During the verification process, we may ask you to provide:

  • Photo of the packaging label: Including the bill of lading code and recipient's name.

  • Defective/wrong/damaged product photos: Close-ups of product parts that differ from the description on the website.

  • Product size photo (if you receive the wrong size): Take a clear photo of the product's length and width.

For an order which has multiple items, please provide photos/videos of products that are put side by side lying on a flat surface.

Step 2: We will review and verify items meet the return requirements

After confirming that your product is eligible for the exchange/return policy, we will send you a prepaid shipping label or a full refund without requesting the item be returned. Products returned without our verification are ineligible for support. Wish you sympathize.

If you receive an email requesting to return the item and you do not return it, you will not receive a refund. In this case, we will only issue a refund after receiving the return order and the order is eligible for return.

5. How to get refund?

Platsify and most sellers on Platsify.com accept refunds on items within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept return orders or refund requests.

We always ensure that you are satisfied with the orders you have placed on the Platsify.com website. To ensure your rights when placing an order, please refer to our refund process with the following situations::

1. If you cancel an order on the Plastify website before the order is sent. We will issue a full refund via the original payment method automatically, you do not need to do anything else after clicking "Order Cancel".

2. You return the order. As soon as we receive your return order, we will check to see if the order is eligible for a refund or not, and calculate the refund amount you will receive. We will automatically refund the original payment method you used. You can check the refund status in Your Account at the Orders tab.

If the product you return through verification is not eligible for return and refund, we will notify you of the verification results via your email.

3. You send a refund request via email [email protected]. We will ask you to provide some information in the specific cases below to verify whether the order is eligible for refund or not:
